Be a Kawana Lifesaver

Kawana Waters Surf Club is recruiting people for various volunteer roles within the club right now for the coming surf season.  The population on the Sunshine Coast is growing, and Kawana Waters Surf Club desperately needs YOU and your friends to join us in keeping our amazing beaches safe!  Click here if you want to find out more about signing up for a future Bronze Medallion course.

Become part of this culture that is more than 100 years old and has saved over 630,000 lives! Each and every year, thousands of men, women and young adults across the state line up to patrol Queensland’s coastline, providing a vital community service, saving thousands of lives in the process.  You will be encouraged to develop your talents and skill-sets to advance further into the widely varied and numerous employment areas of both the state and national bodies of Surf Lifesaving.
