& CONDITIONS

  • Your membership application must be approved by the committee before it can be approved 

  • Lost, swapped or stolen cards are the responsibility of the cardholder; the club takes no responsibility for un-accounted for points. 

  • Dress regulations apply. This includes footwear at all times, no singlets or soiled work clothes after 6pm. No offensive logos or slogans at any time. 

  • Children must vacate the premise by 10pm

  • All membership details provided by the member are entered into a database and used for promotional purposes; they will never be given to a third party.

  • Our club supports the responsible service of gaming & consumption of alcohol.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry. 

  • Loyalty point accrued will age 12 months from date of accrual 

  • Due to new legislative requirements customer identification procedures will be in force and adhered to by all staff in the establishment and that we will be actively fighting terrorism and money laundering activities.

  • If you have been refused membership to another club, this must be disclosed before proceeding with your Kawana Surf Club application
